This is an easy-to-use program that allows any printable document to be converted into the PDF format. After you have installed the program, a virtual printer is added to your machine. With it at hand, you just open a document with its associated application and use the print option to send it to the printer; then you pick the virtual printer that has been installed, called A-PDF Creator. In the window that opens after that, there are a few additional options, and by clicking on 'More...', you can see several extra tabs, which allow adding metadata (title, subject, author, keywords), setting a password (for opening the document, or for saving changes or printing), putting a watermark, adding page numeration (with additional options such as custom beginning page or ending page, offset, position on the page, prefix, font, font size, color, number type), setting the output location, page layout, opening another application after the PDF file is created, or options for sending an email. There's also the option to create the PDF file with simple N-up imposition and or as a foldable booklet.
